I'm sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with your purchase - I believed everything to be as described when I sent them. If you were unhappy, I would have accepted a return, rather than have you leave me a one star rating.

Hi, I’m very sorry to hear you weren’t happy with your purchase of mine .. however, the item came worn only once, very clean.. and exactly as shown in pictures. I would have accepted a return rather than the 2 star rating. Quite unfair as I know the jacket was in perfect condition and also just as described and exactly how it looked in pictures.
