thriftylizzie @cak1956 You're welcome! You go to your bundles section and click on people's bundles. You can make an offer to potential buyers, you don't have to wait for them to make an offer first. Most people are too scared to make the first move 😁 yeah it's a bit tricky but I clicked on a lot of help sections.

cak1956 Just to be sure I get it, sounds like seller can just leave bundles alone until the prospective buyer makes an offer so then seller knows they are ready? Will an open bundle just stay there or does it expire in 24 hours? Thank you again!

janmariescloset Hi Carol, I have a question for you this is the 5th month of being on Poshmark . There’s been quite a few items in my closet, that I have lowered my prices down to the lowest price that I would prefer to sell the item for. When I’m sharing these items to likers, I keep getting a message saying my offers to likers was not sent to any likers and to lower my price. What would you suggest I do in order to sell these items? cak1956 @janmariescloset Hi! I’ve had the same issue and best I’ve figured out is that you have to keep lowering the price for the new offers to send. I know this is a problem! I have discovered that if you raise the prices on items you can go back to lowering them at your own pace and then higher offers work again! Good luck and I hope this helps!🌺

cak1956 @janmariescloset I’ve also found that it can be best to just leave likes alone and wait for them to approach you. People will like things just to save them for future review and possible price reduction or purchase. It’s hard to know when to send an offer and when not! Being too aggressive can push people away. I do try to send a thank you for each like, I think it helps! It’s a delicate balance that is really just a guessing game! 🌺

If you put your closet on vacation for a day or do it’s a good time to adjust your prices because they don’t show when it’s on vacation! Also good time to rearrange your closet order if needed! I’m thinking summer sales should be kicking up pretty soon but I only started late June last summer so not sure! Good luck, hope it helps!

cak1956 @janmariescloset thank you for the compliments! I ordered the dress form for photos and then took new photos last fall. Somewhere on Posh help section it says items do better if modeled. They are pretty inexpensive on Amazon! Good lighting also important! Share items in the order you want them to appear in your closet. Also share your closet often!

janmariescloset Yes I wish I knew the answer to that Also...I put the cute icons in my closet, like the Pink high heels by setting a price on them according to where I wanted them placed but I don’t know how to separate things like shoes dresses etc. Under Posh tools I didn’t see one for “on vacation” unless I overlooked it 🙈. When your a Posh Ambassador are there other outside wholesale markets you can buy on?... I see that others have boutique designers but don’t see those on Poshmark 🤔🌼

cak1956 @janmariescloset click on the icon at bottom that is your screen name then “my seller tools” then you should see vacation hold. On that same screen I think that’s where it shows your Posh stats and there it will show how to reach Ambassador status. I’m not sure about the boutique thing but it is separate!

cak1956 @janmariescloset you need to share each item one at a time in the order you wants them to appear in closet. Go through and share each dress, etc and then do all shoes, etc. they will appear in the opposite order you share them. So share what you want at top of closet last. Does this help?

cak1956 @janmariescloset When you get ready to list new items, i.e. dresses, share only dresses from current listings then do new dresses and they will group together. When you sell items just skip those as you are sharing each closet item and the sold items will drop to the bottom of your closet since they were not shared. Anything shared goes to top if closet so just share all of a category before doing the next category and then each group will be together! Once it’s done it’s easy to maintain it!

janmariescloset Good Morning Carol, Also if you decide to take a snapshot of a cute icon from another closet. I don’t know if you have photoshop app on your phone, I have an iPhone so you can get the basic app for free and then you can bring the icon into photoshop to crop n save it to add to your closet 😊🌼 ??? When someone likes two things or more in my closet I try to bundle it for them but it doesn’t show up under bundles? Do they have to add the items to a bundle? 🤔 Thanks Jan

cak1956 @janmariescloset Hi! Yes you can cancel the first order. I think you mean it is the same person that will buy it after cancelled? Go to “orders” then “problems/inquiry” then chose cancel and it should fix it for her to purchase the bundle. Hope this helps! Happy Poshing 🌺

janmariescloset Once you become a Posh Ambassador you can buy from the wholesale markets on Poshmark which are the boutique items people sell. I’ve purchased three boutique items for my closet. They usually sell in 3 or 4 packs. I haven’t seen any designer items on Posh but others are selling them so I imagine they must get them from outside wholesale dealers 🌹...Have a great week 🌈

janmariescloset Yes the prices are low and the items seem to run pretty small, I just sold a bikini I’ve included a size chart so and a hip measurement so they can get a better idea of the measurements...they’re made in China so the sizes run like the store Forever 21 😉

janmariescloset My internet was down earlier so couldn’t do my Poshing...Your part time job sounds FUN 🌈...I wish I could retire ...I was in the design field for years n ended up at Fluor as a piping designer, then consulting and too much commuting. So I decided on a local job here in SC the lady suggested I get into housecleaning n she had a 7000’ sq ft house ...So that’s what I do now local housecleaning, that and Poshing keeps me busy 🤗

janmariescloset I need an opinion I bought a white Lululemon Jacket n got a tiny stain on the pocket, tried a little bleach and it turned it sorta yellowish, so I tried a whitener powder and scrubbed the stain. It isn’t as noticeable but it left a little piling... I’m not good with white so I debated weather to sell it I have it for sale in my closet now. Would you check it out and see what you think. I described what happened to it... Should I sell it or just donate it. Thanks

cak1956 @janmariescloset Hi! My first choice for stains is Dawn Dish Soap or I recently bought Grandmas Stain remover that you can get on Amazon or maybe Walmart. Both usually do the trick! You have pictured it well but will probably need to mark down 75% off! I’m not familiar with that brand personally but I know it sells well on Posh! Good luck and don’t scrub next time! Just let it set after treating them wash!🛍

I made suggestions for two different people and they just ignored me! LOL! A fine line between being helpful and being annoying I guess! I try to share my whole closet every day...usually when I’m watching tv at night! I haven’t figured out the best time of day to do it because it seems to vary. I think it’s really slow right now. Especially if they have other likes in my closet. Sometimes they do but not always. The savings in shipping really entices people sometimes. Did you notice when you or a client makes a bundle you can see all of their likes from your closet at the bottom of screen? If you ever need to practice anything feel free to use my closet! 🌺

There is an app called Closetmate that supposedly will share your entire closet in one click. But I read online that it might get you bounced off Poshmark because you might look like a “bot”. cak1956 @leighdfw I think in between seasons is usually slower too. My July was good but August slower and September really slow. I was gone for 3 weeks too. Last 10 days of August and first 10 of September and it seems it takes a bit to get it going again! I’ve also not shared my closet as much recently! Need to get in it!! cheryl1da Thanks for the shares! Just so you know, I only share 3-5 items per seller per day and I do it SLOWLY (every 10 seconds or so). I learned from a top-selling ambassador that doing this allows more items to show in the FEED and increases sales! I am not telling you to do this; it is just what I do now. Take good care, Cheryl

cheryl1da Well, yes and no. There is a Posh Party each night and it invites items from every category. Sharing your closet SLOWLY may garner you a chance for the FEED to show. Keep in mind millions of closets are shown during these parties, but it's worth it if you don't mind sharing ANY amount during this party. Otherwise, yes, just share 3-5 items to your followers every day OR you may share 3-5 items to your followers throughout the day. It's easier to check to see if your own items show in the FEED

cak1956 I’ve also been told that most sakes come from shoppers searching specific brands and/or this if item such as swimwear. Don’t really know for sure what the best methods for sales are. Several friends I’ve met through Posh say sakes have been very slow in recent months and I would have to agree. Hopefully will pick up from now until Christmas! Happy Holidays to you!

cheryl1da Yes! People have been buying less and know what they want....many are working from home so "comfort clothes" are more popular than typical "work outfits." Hope this helps. BTW, I have taught many CME's with pharmacists! I think they are part of one's health team and people should choose one they like and ask questions. To me you can be real lifesavers!
