Hi dear carol, the bag is in pm already, they will send you some pictures that they taking of the bag but honestly, I don’t see those changes in the leather, i don’t know how they do it, it will be your decision but I would like that you see the bag in person and decide what to do, if you are not happy,just returned and they will refunded your funds...cont...
