shanbig1 Hello, just wanted to reach out to you about our common buyer Alice. I saw you were having the same issue with her about not bundling and then not answering. Myself and another seller are in the same boat and now she is only accepting partial of our orders we shipped out separately just as she purchased them.

shanbig1 I am not sure if she is doing the same to you, but if she is please contact support so we can all band together on this and not get scammed. She is not responding to us and only receive the lower dollar value items of the other seller and only one of my two shipments even though show delivered.

fa_shionista @shanbig1 She purchased five items from me but I was able to get ahold of her to let her know I could bundle them so she wouldn't have to pay five shipping fees. We cancelled the five separate orders and I put them in one and she followed through and purchased it. So far I haven't had a problem with her.

fa_shionista @shanbig1 No problem. You will be paid in three days regardless of whether or not she accepts the order. I don't know if you were aware of that. I have buyers who do that on occasion.

shanbig1 @fa_shionista Iwe weren't sure if she was playing games. We tried to help her save money and not pay all the shipping, but she would never respond then only received partial of our orders. Then told the other lady she never got the more expensive ones.she finally received both my orders too. Thank you for your help.
