I try to leave any figurative language out of descriptions (big, small, etc) and leave exact numbers of the waist, Shoulder to hem etc. This leaves zero room for confusion when the buyer reads the description of the item they are buying as intended. I hope you are kinder to other stores in the future when they didn't do anything wrong and shipped immediately, nicely packaged, etc. Have a great night.
