palmbeachcarol @dannicali4nia HELP! Made my first Poshmark sale, a Dooney and Bourke Wristlet ($15.00). I mailed the pkg at the post office - 2 days after the order. Shortly after the post office tracking notification was sent - the buyer claims she doesn’t know who placed the order and put a hold on the credit card. Hmm - believe it was a rip off. (The purchaser has a Poshmark closet and the first items are Dooney and Bourke wristlets). I have contacted Poshmark - any thoughts or suggestions?

dannicali4nia @palmbeachcarol well it really isn't your fault if it was already paid for and is already on its way the only thing the buyer can do is send it back. poshmark will definitely give you back your money and should give them that back their money as well because they haven't released the funds to you so it's still up in the air so they're still action that poshmark should be able to take care of. Definitely contact them and so also have the buyer contact as well. Hope this helps💕

dannicali4nia @palmbeachcarol the buyer can't release the payment until they press accept order or until it's already been delivered after three or four days so if the buyer does get it they should be able to return it no problem. I'm so sorry you're having a hard time with your first sale Hun!!! It's definitely not usually like that... Like, ever. I'll share more to help out with some better/serious ones 😜 good luck 👌👍

palmbeachcarol @shan0814 HELP PLEASE! Made my 1st PM sale, a $15.00 Dooney&Bourke wristlet. The buyer first asked a question. I responded & a sale was shortly made. W/in 48 hrs-I mailed the pkg. I haven't, fortunately, and I know it's definitely a rare thing but you two have been in here longer than I have so I thought I'd ask for your advice 😊. I think she did the right thing by going right to Poshmark but is there anything else she can do?

jskerlin @shan0814 even if she does this, PM will figure it out. Let them take care of it. Don’t get in a tit for tat argument about it, she may be trying to get it for free, if that’s the case, PM will most likely still give you the money for it. You just followed the rules. She asked a question, you gave her the answer, she paid for it with a cc in her closet.

jskerlin @shan0814 in the meantime if you haven’t already, send PM a note in the “problem with an order” & tell them what happened from your point of view. They should hear both sides to make a determination. Definitely contact PM. I know it stinks on your 1st order, but hang in there, it will get better.

brbarrett25 @shan0814 Well thats awful! Im a little late to this but all the advice I would give has been said already. It does sound very suspicious, but really let posh hash that out as suggested. Ive seen some really ugly comments from mishaps, get pm involved asap.
