jm_redux hi, in preparing your shoes for shipment, I attempted to take sticky residue off one shoes insole, which I've done in the past but this time it removed some color on the insole, located 1 1/2 in. from front of shoe. I am terribly sorry, I can cancel the order for you or if you still want the shoes please pick a free item additionally, let me know, I can include pics.
