carolleesperlin @forestthrutrees Hi ... I need your Help. I'm very frustrated & your ruining my reputation on her for paying for items! I entered a new Visa Credit Card on my Payment Methods & it was accepted ONCE... when I try to buy a message is going to the Seller They are being told that need to update my payment method So.. I've reentered now - 4 times! I've sent emails to Poshmark & get no reply. You folks have NO Phone Number? and ... No Customer Service! What is the Problem?

forestthrutrees @carolleesperlin Hi Carol. Have you tried adding a new card? And get it settled and then re add the old one? And no Posh doesn’t have a phone number. They will answer an email quickly since if you can’t buy they dont make money. Other then that I don’t know. Perhaps it’s your bank?

carolleesperlin I delated the Credit Card that had been hacked & added my NEW one. I was able to purchase 1 item with the NEW card I entered. Then when I made an offer for the Tinker Bell Hoodie - the lady seller accepted & then when I went to "submit" payment a message came up saying I had to "update" my Payment amount. So I just deleted the New card & Reenter it again. But it still says I have a payment issue. I'm able to use this card for local & other online purchases - NO phone # is not professional
