suncoast917 Hi Carol, I'm so sorry that PM cancelled our sale. I sent them service records along with the watch that match up serial numbers. My family is the only owner of the watch. It's been to Cartier several times over the past few decades and had documented maintenance. I'm so frustrated with them already as they lost the Men's Cartier watch I sent, it was approved by PM authentication and the buyer never got it. Something funny is going on there and I don't know what it is. But I'm sorry.
