cvert325 Hi Carol! It's Christine. The one who sold you the black Dansko's. I wanted to apologize to you for not accurately describing the shoes to you. This is EXTREMELY bothersome to me as I very much value my ability and more importantly, my honesty in describing my items as 10000% accurate as possible! This is so important to me because this is the ONLY WAY for customers to get an honest idea of what an item truly looks like.

cvert325 This all being said, I honestly missed the boat on this one! And I truly can't apologize enough for this mistake!!! I have a huge favor to ask of you! Would you be willing to PLEASE take photos of the imperfections that i missed in the shoe? It's not at all that i don't believe you. Its that I view this as a HUGE learning tool for myself
