jckpalmer @melbatoast89 Are you having issues with purchased items? I had an item recently I mailed the next day and the shoes were new and she gave me a four star for mailing delay and cleanliness (new shoes). I complained to poshmark because it was so untrue.

melbatoast89 @jckpalmer Hi! One was on sizing but my buyer didn't read the description and it was resolved fast. She was nice about it and visa versa. Another was a stain on a hat I missed but she was nice about that too. I let her return due to my error. Otherwise I usually take photos of the items packed and condition before I ship. It cuts down on any potential disputes. Plus I state in all my TY messages that USPS may be delayed. I'm sorry that happened to you though!
