They used a different type of iron serum this time. It doesn't work as quickly, but it's easier for the body to tolerate. There is one thing they didn't mention: all your joints hurt big-time. I am also anemic as a result of the lupus, so I had iron infusions last week. this week, I have a Saphnello infusion, which is supposed to put the lupus in remission. it's bee a year, but I'm not giving up. I'm not a quitter. thanks for commiserate, but I fight it to be like my old self at 65, it's a war, but I feel like I'm winning.

barnebey4 @christineznyc I know. I'm good in the a.m., then I have to slow down some, after lunch, if I eat lunch. I'm better if I eat lunch about 2:30 - I feel better if I eat a little later. Then, I can work for 2 or 3 hours, then I'm gone. I pop up every night about this time - 11:30 or so. I work until 4, sleep until 7, and we start all over again.

barnebey4 @barbiedull0707 Thank you, Barbie. I appreciate the compliment. Some of the items my father brought back from China after WWII. He was a Flying Tiger, stationed in Kunming. All kinds if great stories about him. He and my mother went back to China twice with the 14th Air Force. Each time they went, they brought back special and beautiful things. When my mother passed away at 93, my we divided up the Chinese decor. I've lived my entire life with Chinese beauty all around. I'm grateful.

I've been writing the history behind Art Deco, Fostoria, Occupied Japan, etc., for listings, and putting the background together.. What do you look for? I'll bet I have something you'll like!!!
