1creeder4 @bubbleandsqueak I just created this new account due to issues with my original account somehow being set up through apple and causing all sorts of problems. I made my first two sales and cant even get a label to ship. hoping to reconnect with the poshers who bid so they can again bid and maybe I can get a label with this email. however I noticed I didnt have to put my address in when I set up this account and I can see that causing and issue in the future. its been nightmare

1creeder4 @cakegma hey thanks. I tried all the above and more. apparently I started my Poshmark account with google unbeknownst to me. so every time I tried to get the label it would say it sent a verification to my google email, which I didnt know about and couldn't access. they said they could not do anything about it because it was through google and the only solution was to start another with a new email. so I did. it has not been fun

1creeder4 I also put the two that go bid on back in with my new account and put the price high so nobody would bid, giving the original poshers opportunity to bid again, but im pretty sure I lost the sale. I completely understand but that stinks for all

1creeder4 @cakegma yes both buyers have been gracious and more than patient. I messaged them both today and told the of the new account, etc. they have not bid again , which I understand. I have used both my phone and my laptop. the app is on my phone and I think I logged in with my laptop and used my finger print to log in and had no idea what that would cause. im not techy.

1creeder4 I dont, lol, but one buyer found it and bid again so she is getting it. YAY. I was able to send them both messages on my old account before I started the new one. This time it went without a hitch. Thanks for the help

bubbleandsqueak @1creeder4 oh no that’s too bad, so the label is not on the bottom of your e mail and you can’t download it from the poshmark site? So sorry you are having to deal with that, I haven’t run into that problem but that would be really frustrating.
