Hey Carole, thank you so much for the purchase. I want to assure you that your item was shipped on the date you purchased it. I’m in contact with Canada Post trying to find out why the tracking hasn’t been updated. Due to the current pandemic, it’s understandable that they may take longer then usual and are potentially overwhelmed with the increase in shipments. I am sure tracking will update soon, but I just wanted you to know that I did mail your purchase on Sunday April 26. Thanks again

Hi Carole , same for me as the above comment - I shipped when you purchased it but I put it in the mailbox and it seems these smaller packages often don’t get tracked - should arrive any day now!

@jennyfantastic1 there should be tracking eventually, they are just overwhelmed with the amount of packages coming through, or so I was told..
