accentricity Hi Carole - I'm sorry you are disappointed with your Betsey Johnson Necklace and disappointed with the 3 rating. In what way was the description not accurate? I always want my customers to be happy. A low rating affects my future sales - I'm sure you can understand as a posher yourself. Will you reconsider and change the rating to a 4 or 5?
