Once the dress is returned, Poshmark refunds your money. You are welcome to exchange it for the size 10 dress. The Anthropologie dress is stunning! 💜

globalboutique @violetstar8910 yes, the size 10 is still available. It runs true to size. With Anthropologie, they have designers from all over the world, hence the size can vary depending on the designer.

violetstar8910 @globalboutique Hello there Since I never received Poshmark return label for dress. I will ship it out to you myself. I hope I didn’t get charged twice for this. Do not plan on keeping size 16 . Since it was wrong size sent to me:-)) so annoying that I was never contacted by them. In case it says solved so I’m confused.

globalboutique @violetstar8910 No, I didn't charge you twice for the dresses. Poshmark handles the financial aspect of buying and selling. Sellers get paid by Poshmark. I still haven't received the funds from the first dress. Hopefully Poshmark will resolve this soon.

I wrote to Poshmark Support requesting them to send you a return label for the dress that was sent to you in error (the larger size one). According to Poshmark Support, a return label was issued to you on 3/21. You may want to check if the return shipping label accidentally routed into "Junk Mail."
