gordita1961 hi Deb! maybe you can help me. aI sold a item, and the buyer notices that it was missing 2 stones, she doesn't want to return it, she would like to keep it but she wants me to gaver a 20% discount for it, I agree, the problem is that I don't know how!! can you please help me?

gordita1961 thank you for answering, I did what you told me, but when I press the 3 dots, it says: " Report this conversation. The conversation will be flagged as inappropriate to Poshmark support" I doesn't give me a chance to do escalate to Poshmark, what I am doing wrong?
