fancinancypants Hi there❣️. Thx for asking about the vintage hoodie. I would say excellent condition. It is lined & very cute. You might be seeing the flecks that are made into or I should say woven into the fabric. I think my photos are accurate. It has a nice little rope type draw string at hoodie & the bottom also.
