@sarahcol ok I resubmitted it with the same card number. I don't know what was wrong but it's all good now. You can keep the leather necklace I was just interested in the charm. Please no need to send the leather necklace i will be putting the charm on my daughters charm bracelet. :) sorry for the inconvenience. I'm glad we got everything worked out. :) thanks again for being so patient.
