stefroden @carlily14 Hi Caroline, I see you have a buyer looking at a bag (name withheld to be polite) she seems to be doing similar with me... asking me to hold the item ect. I have been burned before in a similar situation where the buyer was asking for exceptions that are not straight forward and the chat seems off to me. So basically I traced her steps and found your chats with her. What are your thoughts?
