sarahckoch86 @carlyscheideman I reached out to Posh support and they said to contact them by 11th if it hasn’t started tracking to process refund. I’m so sorry I hope the post office didn’t lose it! I’ve never had this happen but I know due to the holidays and Covid, things have been delayed and messed up. I’ll make sure you get a full refund if it doesn’t start tracking!
