debluvsshoes Hi, not sure if you got my last comment, you rated the brand new boots I sold you a 5 star, then went to a four star and said needs improvement. Not sure what happened. I changed the rating because you said you would send the difference when I accepted the boots. I waited and didn’t hear back from you so i lowered the rating . I would have been satisfied with a response from you regarding this. I’m ok moving on from this with love.
