ladybookworm Caroline, this is lisa, if you had told me in advance what you particularly expected when you received the bracelet I could have easily accommodated you. It so happens I was in the hospital and did not ship it out, my son shipped it. It's a genuine handcrafted, not cheap item. Please in the future be a tad more considerate with your sellers. One day you may be a seller.
