mandykakes @cgiffin Caroline- I believe there was another mix up 🙈😳😳 I sent you a lula roe shirt by mistake. This must be so frustrating for you!!! My apologies/ I will be contacting posh support as soon as I am home from work and will get this straightened out, as I have not yet had this happen. Again my apologies I feel terrible that you had to experience this again!!

mandykakes @cgiffin - I just sent an email to poshmark support under the shipping delivery problem category. Whilst I wait for a response, I would suggest that you also contact Poshmark support . Again, my sincere apologies. The posher who has received your box is also aware of my mistake and I suggested she also contact support.

mandykakes @cgiffin hi Caroline, just an FYI, the posher who received your order has opened a case - I added a note to the case explaining the complete issue and I too contacted support. I am assuming you received her order. I'm not sure how exactly poshmark handles these issues, but I assume poshmark provides a new shipping label either back to me or to the posher whose label was swapped with yours.

cgiffin @amandaguardo2 yes I did receive the shirt thank you for your efforts to conact me . I would love to correct the error although I did receive some glasses a few months ago and they never sent me a label or anything I never received the correct item. My adorable boots. Any way I hope they have learned new ways to tackle this problem

cgiffin There may be a problem before I opened the box I saw your name and said the product was delivered before I noticed it was the shirt. I tried going back in and changing it and sent an email.
