Hi, sorry cannot process your order yet. I can't generate shipping label as I mispelled my email address when I signed up on Poshmark. I've emailed their customer service, but haven't heard from them since yesterday. Would you be willing to cancel this order and buy it on the other selling platform where I list this croppped leggings?

Hi Caroline, I just got an email from them. They asked me to send a copy of my ID to verify my account, for them to be able to assist me with account update. They said the process will take up to 7 days, but I asked them if its possible to expedite the process so I can send out the package to you asap. Waiting for their reply, will let you know again.
