shopthemadness Hi, I was checking the tracking on your shipment and noticed a "sent to wrong buyer" status on your dress.... First, I apologize if I mislabeled them. This has never happened to me before so I am not knowledgeable about how PM handles this. Have they informed you of anything? Again, my apologies and I look forward to hearing back.

carolineseaman @klozetfreak hello! Yes, PM is sending me a label which I believe will allow me to ship the sunglasses to the buyer. Unfortunately, I can’t do this until Sunday. If you wouldn’t mind letting them know that, I would appreciate that so much. I feel terrible it can’t be sooner, but I am out of town for the weekend with no access to a printer.

shopthemadness @carolineseaman thank you for responding. I am terribly sorry for the mix up. I actually haven't heard anything from PM. I just happened to notice that the shipping tracking changed to delivered to wrong buyer. I'm so glad they are sending labels to each of you...the other buyer is a male. I haven't heard from him but I'm sure he was shocked by receiving a dress lol. Thanks and again my apologies.

carolineseaman @klozetfreak well the sunglasses were definitely too big for my face lol! If you are able to speak with him, please ask him if he also got the email about a return label. The return label just sends the package to the proper address. No worries on the mix up, I’m sure you have a lot of merch.

shopthemadness @carolineseaman. I've been out of town on vacation. Did everything work out? I received message from PM about the shades being delivered. Did you get your dress? I never received tracking info on the dress and the other buyer has never responded to my inquiries on their profile page. I am so sorry this happened. If you don't have it, have they issued a refund?
