chrismbc @rivercity_cloth At first when I saw your pictures I thought you might be a gymnastics coach, and I was like, “no way!” because my friend from Radford is a gymnastics coach and my husband is an elite level coach, but then I read your profile and saw that you’re a fitness instructor....and I’m actually a personal trainer and dance instructor. So funny that when I realized you weren’t a coach, then I realized we are in the same field!! Crazy!🤪

rivercity_cloth @chrismbc haha I’m horrible at gymnastics but love watching it! And that’s so cool! What type of classes do you teach? I mainly teach cycle but also do body pump and some Bootcamp style classes

chrismbc @rivercity_cloth Haha! Well, I WAS a gymnast growing up but no way would I try any of it now!! I’m sure I’d kill myself 😂 I mostly work as a personal trainer but I teach dance based exercise classes along with regular dance classes (ballet, jazz, tap, etc.) I do love taking boot camp classes though!😃
