chelseadaul Hi Caroline, I’m so sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with the joules dress I sold you. I was not aware of the broken zipper or incorrect size listed. As I mentioned the hem can be easily removed. If there is a fair way you would like to handle this through Poshmark please let me know.
