Hello Annie, something really weird happened, so I accepted 18 for the dress, and a message came up, saying problem with payment. then today I wanted to accept the 18 dollar option and there wasn't any. So that's why I had to add a Dollar, Sorry for the inconvenience, Bits me why they do it that way. But I will for sure honor your offer at 18, if you accept 19, I will refund your $1;00 in the package. ;)
