cassiopeia36 I've just received the jacket which was very poorly packed. You supposed to use the same shipping materials as received! I neatly packed in the garment bag and expect to get it back in the same condition.You didn't care to fold or even zip the jacket so now it has big creases . On the top of it the jacket is badly stinks like you used some sort of disinfectant spray all over it!!!

ccollins2015 @cassiopeia36 I purchased a new box because the box I received with the coat in it was completely destroyed when it arrived. No disinfectant was sprayed. Next time please list petite on an item that is petite sizing because the sizing on a petite item is different than a regular item. I would not have purchased had petite been listed because I am not a petite.

cassiopeia36 @ccollins2015 I'm talking about that I received CRUSHED item back! I'm not discussing the difference between sizes here. It doesn't matter the jacket didn't fit to....I expect to receive the item back in THE SAME condition I shipped to you.
