lorikatco hi Carolyn. I bought the soft jacket and just received but the sleeves are way too short, not a large/xl length like I would expect. Can I return the item?

carolineoursler @lorikatco the sleeves are shorter for sure. I thought the photos showed that. If posh lets you return it sure I will take it back

lorikatco @carolineoursler Hmmm, I was just reading their return policy. I don't want it to reflect negative on you or the sale as it was perfect. I just didn't know that the sleeves were essentially 3/4 sleeve length. I'll contact them if I can. thank you

lorikatco @carolineoursler Hi Caroline. I was able to give the jacket to my 86 year old Mother. The sleeves are short for her but fit better than they do for me. I have sent another reply to Posh to have them cancel the ticket and release the funds. Hopefully this will happen soon. Sorry for the trouble. I love the jacket and wished it could have worked for me but my Mom will enjoy it just the same.
