craftsnboutique @giganticoof did you get a link or they just told you about the free shipping? You may have to reload it. When I first joined poshmark and made my first purchase I only had to checkout and it showed the free shipping. Are you buying singular not multiple? They might not give free shipping for bundles, if reloading doesn't help you may have to ask support for details or help, I didn't have issues, but I purchased 1 item and no bundle

giganticoof @craftycraftsinc hmmm how strange. one thing i noticed is that poshmark is sending to the email i signed up with but also to the one i used to buy a shirt with yesterday. i think i should just contact customer service at this point lol

craftsnboutique @giganticoof do you have one account or two accounts? You only get free shipping one your very first purchase, you MIGHT be because you are using the same card "if you are" Sorry I couldn't help!
