I would be happy to return the bed since you were not satisfied. I would like more information about why you thought it was not clean. My cat never used it and my son put my dog in it 3 different times. I wiped the entire bed using pet sanitation wipes & scrubbed the suction cups with sanitizing wipes. The coloring of the suction cups was due to the sun.
