Hi Carol, my most sincere apologies for cancelling your order on the channel style jacket. Unfortunately, there is a huge mix up at the cleaners where I dropped off the jacket for dry cleaning and they are unable to retrieve the jacket. Therefore I am not able to complete the sale at this point as the jacket is yet to be located by the cleaners.
