theposhkings Good Morning, I am sorry the bag is smaller than you anticipated I truly am. However, I am curious as to how I can improve as you wrote. I had clear pictures, showed it on a shoulder mannequin so you could see the drop of the bag and upper width against the body. I have the measurements in the listing. It is hard because we work so hard and the score you gave makes us look bad as if we did something wrong to you.

tamraleajo Hi Carolyn. I am SO embarrassed. You purchased my VS tote bag on Sat afternoon, my husband took it to PO Mon a.m. It came back to me today, Tues. I had put it in a box from a liquor store. Haha. Who knew, but you can’t do that. I am wrapping it in paper and sending husband to PO TODAY. I’m technically still within the 3 days PM requires but still, I want you know what’s happening to your package. I’m so sorry and hope you understand. Lesson learned for me! 😩 thanks!
