katzkoz @mycloset233 Hi, not to worry. Go to your SALES...., click on the item U bought and it will will say ACCEPT .....DO NOT click that!! It will say PROBLEMS / ORDER INQUIRY.......click on that. There R about 4 reasons probably close to yours. More than likely "Order not as described" That will Xnl it. Than Posh will send U a RETURN label to send it back. In a day or so. U will get Ur $$ put back in Ur bank after she gets her earrings.

katzkoz @mycloset233 I saw that it was SOLD a little bit ago.....now I don't see it. Did she change her mind? The best thing to do if its not in your SALES that there's nothing sold at all, is to make a new bundle listing for her. But, make sure there's nothing that has been sold. Then explain to buyer what happened. I don't see it anymore. Check all those things.

katzkoz @mycloset233 Yes, break it down. U could always wrap it or box it and run it up to the Post Office or a UPS store & they'll weigh it for U. But, a scale will work. When U get ready to ship & its over the standard weight, there's an option there for Xtra shipping charge or weight. If U need to use it.

katzkoz @mycloset233 Hi..I just went thru this & my box was 16lbs. Where it says NEED NEW SHPNG LABL? click on that, there's options there & the 1st is $3.99...thats too little. Chose the one that would apply...probably the 2nd - I chose $3.99 & brought it to the P.O. & still paid an Xtra $2.50. This comes out of UR pocket. Ur sale. U may want to split it or use it as a courteously for Ur buyer & use it as a learning tool as "well, now I know". I did it as a courteously since she was a repeat buyer.
