After item is delivered, I always send a message under the sold item thanking U for your purchase. The postal system is brutal on packages. I never blame the seller. I have had them bash up packages like they were playing football with them or something. Luckily, the items were not damaged. People need to take into consideration that a seller would not damage a package especially if they try to make money. It happens to us all.
