mctocco Carolyn, thank you. I certainly do need help figuring out all the ins and outs of Poshmark. I am pretty much a desktop computer Posher, so somethings are not clear to me. I have a concern now. I sent a buyer a silk top that went from hand wash to ironing board to shipping box and buyer gave 4 stars with "cleanliness" as reason. Should I react? Not sure what to do. Thank you.

mctocco Carolyn, it is wonderful to have you. I know what I did "wrong." I mailed the top in a repurposed Amazon padded envelope. It was such a slight silk tank, I thought the smallest Priority Mail box to represent too much tree consumption.[Part 1]

mctocco [Part 2] So I recut a very clean (to me) large Amazon envelope & slipped the heavily tissue papered (4 different ways) garment into it. Even with extra tissue, I still used fewer trees. (Or fewer tree biproducts.) I think that gave the impression of lack of cleanliness. So I will add another post-it to my Closet "Door." Your support has mended my hurt feelings! Thank you.
