findergirlz @carolyn1975 Hey Carolyn! Thank you for purchasing the Ralph Lauren shoes. I do wish you would update your score of four stars to five. Am not sure where the confusion happened, but the shoes were not listed as NWOT, but rather the opposite. They are beautiful high quality shoes with wear, as pictured, and as described. Therefore, we greatly reduced the price for the wear. We take great pride in listing our items with all their flaws and pricing accordingly. Thank you !

shonsblvd Hi Carolyn1965. Thank you for your interest in the Ralph Lauren shoes. Sorry but the original pictures didn't show inside both shoes. Inside the the right shoe is a small size patch of leather missing. Please check out a new Ralph Lauren photo with your name under it for your viewing in a new listing in my closet.
