days_delights Hi, the package weighs 13 pounds. Poshmark label upgrade max is 10Lbs. Sorry, but you have to do two separate bundles and pay for postage as my items are already reduced at its lowest. I need to cancel this order AGAIN. Let's talk first before we move forward if we decide to try this again.

days_delights Hi dragonlady Don't do anything yet please. I just sent Poshmark Support Team a question regarding the best way to execute this sale. The heaviest label is only 10 Lbs. it takes them 24 hours to respond. I think the best way is for you to split the Bundle request in two separate orders. Don't put all the purses in the same bundle because the leather and hardware makes it heavier. Split the 4 purses in 2 orders.

1dragonlady1 Just post a low cost item with shipping and It will just be to cover the additional expenses. Like a hair barrette for $4 (just don't send it). Has it already been canceled?

days_delights @1dragonlady1. no I have not canceled it yet I'm waiting for Poshmark to respond also I cannot add additional postage to an existing Poshmark label the post office refuse to do it I tried already so let's just wait to see what Poshmark says hold off before doing anything and I won't cancel it until I hear from Poshmark thanks

days_delights Hi Dragonlady, Poshmark suggested two things 1. Pay additional postage at the Post Office by asking them to add additional postage to my pre-existing Poshmark label - I tried and they refused it's against their policy, plus it would have cost me. 2. increase the price on one item, but this still won't resolve the weight issue. I have to cancel Bundle. You have to do three separate bundles and pay for shipping. Each bundle cant exceed 5 pounds.

days_delights If you decide to still pursue, separate the bundles by adding only one shoe and one purse to each bundle to lighten the load.if i simply do it your way, it doesn't resolve the fact that the merchandise collectively weighs 13 pounds. POSHMARK allows 10 pounds. Post Office wont let me add more to the package. Please respond prior to me cancelling the order.

days_delights @1dragonlady1. I cancelled the order per instructions from Posshmark. I was right, they said you have to submit separate orders. Submit two orders at 5 pounds each instead of three bundles & I will pay for the additional 3 pounds. YOU will pay $15 in shipping, I'll pay $7, this way I too am not losing on this sale because my merchandise is already cheap.

1dragonlady1 I want to say that I have gone through hell & high water to spend my money at your shop. Yet I am asked to jump through hoops and over barrels just to accommodate you. I am absolutely frustrated to the point of no return! I spend my money and then you cancel my order and I get a refund 10 days later. Then you repost the items and I spend my money again. This truly feels like kiting money to me, I look at previous conversation on some of the items and you say it is sold or can’t be found?

yiyius Ok so there is a no return policy on Poshmark according to what I found but I’m sending an email to Poshmark to see what they recommend I can do. I want to make sure this is fair for both of us. If you want to save the photos just Incase they ask for them. I really hope something can be done so you can get your $ back or at least something in return. 🙂
