smarie328 Hi! I just wanted to reach out and let you know I put the boots in the mail Wednesday pm, we had bad storms and most of the area is without power so I think that’s why it’s taking so long for the package to be scanned, I do apologize for any inconvenience.

melodyfair55 Hello Carolyn, This is Melody . You purchased the Rag and Bone Sweater from me. As you well know this is a second hand item,SZ Small. The previous owner from Park Avenue possibly washed it and put in dryer which we all do from time to time by mistake . You bought a $350 sweater for $30 & I wrote all the measurements. I am so sorry you are unsatisfied and must have a miserable , unhappy day . You are my only 1 star in 5 years !!!! So Thank you and Hope you have a Happy Holidays Sweetheart .

carolynbatt @melodyfair55 I actually don’t put dry-clean only items in the dryer and hope other people don’t either for this reason. Hopefully this is a teaching moment for us all! And yes, I had a miserable day because the sweater I spent money on doesn’t fit. It doesn’t matter what the original price is if it’s unwearable; it was a waste of money regardless of original price tag. I know my rag & bone size (from the store and second-hand), and you sold a shrunken sweater. Thanks!
