agathanewyork greetings I just left post office I went to post office and mailed on 1/12/21 I was told to file an insurance claim in meantime, the post office supervisor sent message to distribution center in the other town, orlando, this will be followed up. I will and can reimburse you, it's a beautiful bag, I have all tracking info. it is now being investigated.
