msistersm Hi Carolyn, Thanks for your earlier offer on a Prada bag I have listed. I don't use a smart phone & JUST got to the computer this eve. I've TRIED to list Wen's items at a fair price considering the condition and whatever I have seen them sell for other places. You have no reason to believe me but compared to what I've seen others sell for a lot more, Wen's bags are a bargain. Thanks again R

pallipocket @litecutet Hey there! I wanted to update you on your purchase. My mom had to go in for surgery a few days ago and I left home to go be with her. I’m hoping to drive back home (out of state) to get more of my stuff and ship off your purchase here soon so I can come be with her for recovery longer. pallipocket @litecutet I just got home a little ago and the shorts should have arrived in the mail days ago from my supplier. I called an inquired about the status and they said the size & color you purchased had been back ordered. I thought they would be ready in the mail when I got home from helping my mom. The supplier said they’re not sure when they’ll be able to ship out and will keep me posted but I’ll go ahead and cancel your order so you’re not stuck in limbo.

pallipocket @litecutet The supplier said that they’re backed up because of COVID. I wish I had known sooner to let you know. The other sizes and colors have been coming in but I guess your order was in high demand. I can let you know if I get them in stock again, but I’ll cancel it for now so you’re not waiting up. You have been so kind and patient. Thank you for allowing me to help my mom post-op.

I’ve never had this happen before (and have sold over 70 pairs) and I feel awful to have kept you waiting. Hopefully, my supplier contacts me soon about these and I can keep you posted. The color you purchased has been a top-seller so at least you know you have good taste. 😜 Thank you again for being so understanding. 🙂
