Hello csigman, Thank you for your 4 star rating on H&M Jacket, but what I fail to understand is where the issue of cleanliness applies. That comment is deeply derogatory to me and has no bearing to this jacket. Or any other garment available. The item is in more than excellent condition. Your comment seems to imply that the garment is “ dirty”. Each garment that I’m responsible for posting is averaging 100% Mint and or excellent condition. Perhaps your choice of wording is inadequate.
