HI, THE STRAP HAS BEEN CUT OFF SEVERAL INCHES. THE BAG CAN'T BE USED AS A CROSSBODY . MY DAUGHTER WANTED A CROSSBODY NOT A SHOULDER BAG, CUTTING IT LEFT IT AN AWKWARD LENGTH. I SENT PICS BUT I'M NOT SURE IF THEY DOWNLOADED. THANK YOU, CAROLYN
