bettysullivan Carolyn, you are certainly free to rate however you want, but the dress you purchased from me did not mention a belt in the description, and there were multiple pictures that showed the waist sans belt. There was not a belt with it when I bought, and I left the belt loops on in case buyer wanted to put their own white belt with it.

carolynhelen @bettysullivan Thank you for the information. Like I said the dress is beautiful and I love it. Yes I can always use my own belt. As for the pictures the waist pictures do not show the belt loops and actually one loop was torn. I am not unhappy with my purchase.

stitchinthyme @carolynhelen , Hi Carolyn, just noted that you are not satisfied with your new Sperrys. I'm usually extra careful in examining my merchandise before shipping out. I honestly do not remember seeing any stains. Let me know if there is anything I can do to "make things right" for you.
