mmtnurse16 @cchiu45896 fYI apparently, yesterday when one daughter came home in the evening I was out of it. I could not recall 95% of the day. I was to go to ER via 911 but refused saying I just need to sleep. I’m still home but should go. …I saw a msg box was delivered in MD but that’s how far I hit. My brain is foggy but I’ll try to see what’s up. What have u found?

cchiu45896 @mmtnurse16 I sent her a letter yesterday and provided her my address as well as my home address, so hopefully she will respond back to me. I asked her to either refuse shipment or send it to me and I’ll be happy to pay for the shipping. I just want my items.

mmtnurse16 @cchiu45896 the order status says completed. ? Then I looked and saw I was paid ( they had a higher amount when order was placed with fees , and xtra shipping, but now we pay sale tax?) Sis you get a refund? I received no updates ? No emails etc. I hats going on with package?

cchiu45896 @mmtnurse16 No, it wasn’t me. Poshmark automatically pays you, I think after 3 days regardless of what the situation is. USPS has been really slow. I sell mostly on other places and many customers are having delayed deliveries. I should have put tracking on the letter that I wrote to this lady so I know when she will get the letter. I just used a stamp.

mmtnurse16 @cchiu45896 I did send an email to support yesterday about buyer did not receive package nor accepted because….. There’s no response to it nor the auto message they send to acknowledge the email. A few days ago they sent an email to share my experience. I will do that later to see any updates from support. But if you don’t get any response from the one with your package, should a claim be started? Have you encountered any similar situation before?

mmtnurse16 Regarding the tracking issue, in order to investigate further, we require the buyer to reach out to our team directly through email so we can handle the case separately. If they believe the package was misdelivered then they will need to contact us and we will work with them accordingly.
