saviah1 Hello, you just gave me a 1 star, saying I could approve on shipping when you place your order i shipped within a day or so, which was in a timely manner. Also item say delivered. I try to be on point and response to my customer needs. I'm just trying to understand the negative rating. Thanks

fineazz @saviah1 I have not received the masks. I checked all day for them & I also did report to Poshmark so they can make sure the item was delivered as it stated. I’ll also check with neighbors tomorrow. I’ll update the rating ASAP if found. I’ll be keeping you and Poshmark updated about the delivery.

saviah1 @fineazz Ok, i understand because i shipped as plan and on time, if you hadnt received it that the post office mistake. What i do know, with dealing with the post office, sometimes the delivery driver will mark item delivered and item is still on the truck. They hadn't finish all there stops. So hopefully you will receive tomorrow. Thanks a lot!!!

fineazz @saviah1 I’m sure that’s the case or if a neighbor has them, they will be returned to me. I have really great neighbors & never had a pkg not returned. I’m hopeful they will show soon. I’ll promptly update your rating as Such with a 5 as I’m certain the masks are awesome just like the pics👍
