harronishac Hi Carolyn, I purchased a backpack from you that you were advising as new with tags which was clearly used (no tags) it had multiple signs of use and was even missing a zipper on the main compartment. This is completely unprofessional and dishonest conduct and is simply not okay. I am so confused how you could sell something like this while advising it under new. It is just not okay.
