Good morning Carolyn, I saw that you received the cashmere sweater I sent to you. I’m sorry that you were disappointed in the description of the sweater. So that I can adjust for the future, I would love to know what you felt was missing in the description? Also, I believe that you can return things that you feel were misrepresented. Again, I’m so sorry you were disappointed - I feel terrible! Please let me know how I can improve for the future.

Thank you so much for the additional information! I genuinely apologize for missing that when I reviewed the item. I am sure that you can return it given the issue you identified. I have several other cashmere sweaters that I would love to offer you at a deep discount given the trouble this caused. I pride myself on giving a 5 star experience and I really feel awful! I will post the other sweaters and if you like any of them, I would love to try and make it up to you. I’m so sorry again.

@emiliejuliana Hi Emilie! The sweater is so lovely! The color is beautiful! It is super soft! ...But the yarn is torn in two spots on the edge of the front neckline, and a tailor tells me they are not repairable given where they are located. I am going to attempt the repair myself because I love the sweater otherwise.

@emiliejuliana Hi! I just got through with my day. I’ve been thinking about your kind offer. I’m going to give a five star rating and keep the sweater. Except for those two areas, I truly love the sweater, and I think it is worth my trying to fix. Years ago I sold a coat on EBay and missed something on it. The oversight mortified me. I’m going now to amend everything. Thanks so much for your generous offer!

@hmdcr8r hey! i shipped your sweater yesterday (post office closed sundays) but it is supposed to go through today so you can track but it has come to my attention our post office is closed again due to snow! hopefully they will be open tomorrow. we are supposed to get about 12 more inches. i am so sorry for the delay
